Mandible incisor strongly 4-cuspid; spine row with 3 (left) or 2 (right) spines; molar long and slender with a small tooth proximally and a distal seta. Maxilla 1 exopod longer than endopod with 7 robust denticulate setae; endopod short, rounded, with a tooth and seta. Maxilla 2 protopod much longer than wide; rami subglobose with apical curved toothed setae. Maxillipeds basis lobe barely reaching palp segment 1 tip with apical seta; palp segments 1-4 with 1 medial seta; segments 1 narrow, segments 2-3 swollen, segments 4-5 narrow, segment 5 with very long curved apical spine, a shorter subapical spine and a subapical seta. Pereopods 1-4 inserting anterodorsally. Pereonite 1 longer and wider than head; anterior margin concave with 4 tiny marginal setae; lateral margins tapering slightly posteriorly, medially with elongate seta followed by 2 shorter setae, posterolateral corners with short conical projections. Pereopod 1 dactyl ventral margin smooth, ventrodistally with 3 small setae and a toothed spine, dorsodistally with 2 simple setae; propus palm proximal lobe with 1 long simple robust spine with a basal seta, medial margin with 5 simple setae and 3 serrate spines; carpus apical angle with 1 apical and 2 subapical setae, lacking a row of short setae; basis swollen, lacking medial spine. Pereopods 2-7 dactyl short, 2-clawed, claws unequal; propus distodorsally with a plumose seta and a spine; carpus and merus ventrally connected by a membranous fold; carpus with 1 distodorsal plumose seta set on a minute tubercle and 4 ventral rows of short setae; basis dorsally strong-convex with 2-4 dorsal setae, 1-3 of which are plumose. Pereopods 2-6 ischium with 1 ventral simple setae. Pereopods 2-4 dactyl with 2 setae; carpus with 1 ventral simple seta; merus with an apical spine and 2 ventrodistal simple setae. Pereonites 2-3 narrower than other segments, sternite rectangular, anteriorly very shallowly lobed, with set of setae, anterolateral corner sharp, nearly at right angles, not produced, posteriorly with a subcylindrical lobe. Pereopods 3-4 carpus dorsal plumose seta with a basal spine. Pereonite 4 a bit wider than long, slightly increasing in width posteriorly, anterior margin slightly concave with set of setae, posterior margin trilobed, medial lobe smaller than lateral lobes. Pereopods 5-7 inserting posterodorsally; carpus with 1 ventral straight spine; merus with an apical acute tooth and 1 ventrodistal simple seta. Pereonite 5 wider than long with pair of anterolateral setae. Peroenites 6-7 longer than wide, tergite distinctively divided, separated by longitudinal striae to pereopod insertions, striae posteriorly curving to lateral margin. Peroenite 6 wider than others. Pereonite 7 tapering posteriorly. Pleonites 1-2 with 2 pairs of lateral setae. Pleonite 1 slightly longer than wide. Pleonite 2 wider than long. ♂ pleopod 2 protopod elongate, 2x longer than wide; exopod digitiform, 2x as long as wide, 0.25x as long as endopod, seta inserted medially; endopod lacking setae, elongate, digitiform, slightly expanding basally, slightly curving laterally to a rounded tip. Pleopod 3 simple, uniramous, subtriangular, with 1 sublateral simple seta on the anterior face. Pleopod 4 biramous, rami simple ovate; endopod slightly longer than exopod. Telson centrally domed; lateral margins parallel with 1 long and 1 short setae; tip rounded-triangular with 3 pairs of submarginal setae.
